Leigh Genesis U12 Evolution were invited to take on Everton's U12 Shadow squad on Monday night. Evolution made the trip to Finch Farm for what was going to be a superb experience for the squad.
The game was played in difficult conditions because of the usual British weather but Evolution still managed to enjoy the game and play some great football! The Game ended in a 6-3 defeat for Evolution but that wasn't going to tarnish a night to remember for the boys!
Evo's Goals came from Zack Disley-1 Rhys Jones-1, Charlie Fairclough-1, all lucky enough to grab themselves a goal. Man of the Match went to Zack Disley for a fine midfield display.

A great experience for all the Squad, coaches and parents, one the will live in the memory bank. Well done team we are proud to have you representing Leigh Genesis!
