Due to our Warrington league fixture being called off we arranged a friendly match against Airbus U11 academy over at the Hollingsworth Group Stadium in Broughton. The game was played in a slightly different format of 4 x 20 min periods. Evo started well taking a 1 goal lead in the first period but were soon 2-1 down. The game was very even but very physical and hard fought, Evo played some brilliant football and had 2 or 3 good chances on the counter attack fortunatly scoring again, so going into the last period it was 2-2 which turned out to be the most exciting period of the game. Evo scoring 3 goals and Airbus 1, the game finished 5-3 to Evo. The whole team were brilliant, 2 or 3 great saves from our keeper Ethan early on and and some great defending as a unit saw us through for a well deserved victory!!

Goals From Josh Hughes 4, Ellis Carroll 1 gave Evolution an impressive victory against strong opposition. A superb Performance from the Genesis born lad Max Faux earned himself the Man of the Match!

U11 Evolution are another Genesis Team Currently going well, Playing in the Premier Division of the Warrington League. Evolutions record this season currently stands at played 11, won 10, lost 1, scoring 62 goals in the process!
