Soccer School Admin Wanted...

Leigh Genesis FC are looking to recruit a volunteer to administer the clubs soccer school.

The school is open Saturday mornings from 10-11am at the 3g pitches at the LSV
Responsibilities would include:

Populating a register of attendees
Recording their attendance at each session
Taking the attendance fee
Reconciliation of attendees to monies taken
Recording of handing over of monies to club officials
Emailing of records to a designated person
Liaison with Soccer School Manager to ensure players are directed to Age Group Managers as appropriate and recording of such

Applicants should have the following qualities:

Sound admin skills
Experience of dealing with cash
Good interpersonal skills

The Soccer School is open around 45 weeks in the year and applicants should be available on most Saturday mornings. The applicant would need to be on duty from 09.45 to 11.15
