Rhys has be at Leigh Genesis From U7s and even at that early stage in his football life his coaches at Leigh Genesis knew he had a bright future in the game!
Described by his coaches over the years as a player with a Fantastic Attitude, A hard Worker on the field with a real passion to go far in the sport. Rhys has put in many hours in training and his own time to push himself to be the player everyone knew he could be!

Hes a player who has 2 great feet, balance, speed, skill and a real eye for goal as those who have watched rhys know hes scored some corkers, well liked by his team mates and coaches hes been a real asset to Leigh Genesis.

in June Rhys decided to join Allstars and take up sunday football which has really helped his game even more, he has now become a complete footballer and the hard work looks to have paid off and has now put him in the academy shop window with all the local clubs showing interest over the summer, most notably Everton and a recent 6 week trial at Liverpool!
